Refund policy

All items are handmade, and because of this returns are NOT accepted unless items arrive in unacceptable condition, not due to shipping. 

Unacceptable condition: broken, bent, or tarnished (not due to shipping damage). If shipping damage has occurred, please ensure pictures are taken promptly before unpacking and that the shipping carrier is contacted along with us!

We handmake our items and inspect everything before going out! We will need prompt photos and documentation of the issues with your item and will do our best to solve the problem for you! Often this can mean us repairing the piece.
